Thank you very much for visiting the website of the YUTAKA Group. Although we are a relatively young company established in 2018, every member of our team brings extensive experience in working with technical intern trainees. With specialized knowledge, practical expertise, and a strong commitment to service excellence, we strive to respond effectively to the diverse needs of our clients.I graduated from a nursing vocational school in Indonesia in 2001. Thereafter, I studied the Japanese language and, from 2002 to 2005, had the privilege of working and learning in Japan as a technical intern trainee in the Marine Division of Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. After returning to Indonesia in 2005, I joined a Yamaha Motor Group company, where I steadily developed my career and eventually served as Head of the Manufacturing Department.Inspired by my own experience, I established an Indonesian sending organization for technical intern trainees with the hope of providing young people in Indonesia with opportunities similar to those I was fortunate to receive. I sincerely wish to give Indonesian youth the chance to go to Japan and gain firsthand knowledge of the Japanese language, Japanese culture, and the unique strengths of Japan. Furthermore, upon completing their technical internship programs, I hope they will bring back to Indonesia the skills, discipline, and professional work ethic they acquired in Japan, enabling them to build brighter and more fulfilling futures.Since its founding, YUTAKA has operated with a steadfast commitment to placing our customers first. この度は、YUTAKA グループ会社のホームページをご覧頂き、誠に有難う御座います。弊社は、2018年に設立したまだ若い企業ではございますが、スタッフ全員が元技能実習生に携わってきた経歴を持ち、専門の知識や技術をもったプロのサービスでお客様のニーズにお応させて頂だいております。
私は、インドネシアの看護専門学校を2001年に卒業し、その後日本語を勉強して2002年から 2005年まで日本のヤマハ発動機（株）のマリン事業部で技能実習生として働きながら勉強して2005年に帰国し、帰国後はインドネシアのヤマハ発動機グループ会社に就職して、キャリアを積み製造部長の立場として仕事をしてまいりました。
私と同じような経験をインドネシアの若者達にもしてもらいたいと思いインドネシア技能実習生送出し機関を設立しました。インドネシア人の若者達に日本へ行くチャンスを与えて、日本語、日本の文化、日本国の強みを日本で学んで貰いたいと思っています。そして技能実習終了後には日本で学んだ技術、日本人の仕事のやり方などをインドネシアで実現してより良い人生になってもらうことを凄く期待しております。
